I have been a Seminar
Consultant with Seminar Success© by Response Mail Express for
over 6 years and have consulted over 3,000 seminar programs for more
than 600 financial professionals. Most of my clients have realized returns

How To Get Started

Select your topic.

Select your target audience (age, income, zip
codes).

Request the mailing list counts by submitting
THE MAILING LIST RESEARCH form.

Select your location, dates & times. We
recommend a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Dinner format.

If you don’t already have one, request
your Business Reply Mail permit from the Post Office (not mandatory
but recommended and will take 2 - 3 days.) Complete SEMINAR
MAILING ORDER FORMS 1, 2 and 3 completely, as well as Section 2 of the mailing list research form.
(See available Seminar Invitation
Packages.) Submit these forms
with your invitation draft at the same time allowing the necessary
lead time.

After receiving the mock-ups from us, carefully
review and change or correct all the pieces and send back or if no
changes are necessary, sign your approval on each piece and return them
to us.

We will drop (mail) your invitations apx. 72
hours after we receive your art approval
and once payment is made
to Direct Mail Express by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or check.
We will send you 10 live (duplicate) samples, a printout of the mailing
list and your promo package if you ordered it. You will receive this
within 10 days of your drop date.

Be prepared for the RSVP’s to come in by
phone and mail beginning apx. 7 to 10 days after the drop date.
We recommend using our Seminar RSVP Service for
all RSVP calls for the approximate 4 week time frame, in which you
can receive as many as 250 RSVP’s
on a 5,000 piece mailing.

Enhanced Option
Available only on Xpress-a-lope and Traditional Invitation package. Includes
Live Stamp, No Optional Endorsement and Return Address.
10¢ per piece additional = $4,200
(based on 5,000 piece mailing)
